REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS STATEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office (“LPSO”) is hereby soliciting sealed qualifications statements from qualified and licensed general contractors to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction management at-risk services for the construction of the Livingston Parish Emergency Response and Evacuation Center to serve as a base camp for first responders and disaster relief crews before, during, and after emergencies and also to house those in need of shelter in the aftermath of a disaster, all as more fully set forth in the request for qualifications packet.
The official request for qualifications packet is available in electronic form beginning at 10:00AM on June 27, 2024 and can be obtained, without charge and without deposit, by contacting Paulette Eilers, Del Sol Consulting, Inc., 101 Brookside Drive, Mandeville, Louisiana 70471 by email at lpsoerec@delsol-consulting.com referencing LPSO Project Number: 50-NXC-22-01. Printed copies are not available. Interested firms are responsible for their own reproduction costs.
In accordance with the requirements of the request for qualifications packet, sealed qualifications statements must be submitted to the LPSO via Del Sol Consulting, Inc., 101 Brookside Drive, Mandeville, Louisiana 70471 before 2:00PM on July 30, 2024 (“Submission Deadline”). Any qualifications statements received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. No qualifications statements may be withdrawn after the Submission Deadline. The LPSO reserves the right to cancel this solicitation prior to the Submission Deadline or to reject any or all qualifications statements for just cause.
Interested firms must maintain a current and valid contractor license with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors for the major classification of General Construction and certify that they are licensed contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
The selected contractor must comply with all requirements of state, local, and federal authorities having jurisdiction over the project.
The LPSO does not discriminate based on social and economic disadvantage, race, color, sex, gender, age, disability or national origin. All small and minority-owned firms and women’s business enterprises are encouraged to submit qualifications statements.
