Christmas Crusade

Application Dates & Requirements:

Applications will be accepted:           December 2^nd through December 6^th and

December 9^th through December 13^th, 2024

Times:              8:30 am – 12:00 pm & 1:00pm – 3:30pm each day

Location:         29225 Woodside Drive, Walker, La – Next to Woodside Landfill

 

**Toy delivery date: Friday, December 20^th, 2024 beginning at 8:00AM**

Applicants must be home

 

Applicants must come in (or send a representative) and bring the following with them:

 

1) Proof that you are a resident of Livingston Parish – utility bill, school records, etc

2) You will need to provide a birth certificate for each child.  If a birth certificate is not available, school records, WIC vouchers with child’s date of birth, medical records or any official documentation listing child’s date of birth can be accepted as proof of child’s birth date. – The age limit is 12 years old and younger

3) Proof of income for ALL persons living in the household – Check Stub, W-2, 1099, or prior year tax returns or Proof of food stamps – Food Stamp Cards will not be accepted as proof

Dates:                          Saturday, November 30^th – 9:00am – 7:30pm

                                      Sunday, December 1^st  – 12:30pm-7:30pm

                                     Friday December 6^th & Saturday, December 7^th  – 9:00am – 7:30pm

                                    Sunday, December 8^th  – 12:30pm-7:30pm

                                    Friday, December 13^th & Saturday, December 14^th – 9:00am – 7:30pm

Sunday, December 15^th – 12:30pm-7:30pm
